These adapted `.blend` and `.glb` files retain CC BY-SA. Keep this credit with the files and any distributed adaptation. Earlier changes included body proportions, paint and other materials, independent wheel pivots, lamp shaders and removal of source interior interference. This tyre revision adds original procedural road tyres, tread, sidewall lettering, plain centre caps and resized alloy rims. The accepted body mesh is unchanged.

The user approved this body and tyre model with “looks good now”. Full-video review and publication approval remain separate. Its 0.33 m rolling radius must be reflected in animation contact and steering checks before integration. The floor remains 0.115 m above ground.

## Interactive app derivative

The app serves a reduced geometry derivative made with glTF Transform and meshoptimizer (relative simplification error limit 0.003). Tiny tyre sidewall lettering is omitted; the detailed body, tyre shape, materials and wheel pivots are retained. The full copied source is preserved at `sources/approved-detailed-car.glb` in the app project. `scripts/prepare-vehicle.mjs` reproduces the derivative.

At runtime the body and axle positions are fitted to the inspected lesson's 4.6 m length, 1.8 m body width and 2.7 m wheelbase. Fitted mirror housings match its 2.08 m mirror envelope. The tyre rolling radius remains 0.33 m. These app adaptations retain CC BY-SA 3.0.

The app-local attached mirror revision replaces the donor chrome faces and floating oval additions with procedural door pads, supports, hinges, painted caps, lower casings and inset glass. The donor's painted door bases remain underneath. `src/mirror-spec.ts` supplies the shared fitted footprint for 3D, collision, overhead and observation mounts; `src/side-mirrors.ts` constructs the assemblies. The replacement forms part of this CC BY-SA 3.0 vehicle adaptation; original production files are unchanged.
# Rounded collision profile

The app's `src/body-profile.ts` is a geometric derivative of this fitted vehicle, generated from its visible body by `scripts/derive-body-profile.mjs`. The same geometry is used for the local normal overhead outline. Source geometry remains credited to Mike Pan under CC BY-SA 3.0; the profile retains that license. The mesh and original production assets were not modified by this collision repair.
